Corporate Tax Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate tax advisory who is looking to work with a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert tax advice on a wide range of issues, including tax planning, compliance, and restructuring
• Advise clients on complex corporate tax matters such as mergers & acquisitions, group structuring, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient financing
• Lead tax advisory projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and managing client relationships
• Keep clients up-to-date on changes to tax legislation and how these impact their business
• Provide coaching and support to junior staff, encouraging their development and technical learning
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Assist with business development activities to grow the firm’s tax advisory offering

Qualifications & Skills:

• CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax advisory experience
• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• Proven experience managing corporate tax clients and providing strategic advisory services
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations
